Frozen Font - famfonts.com/frozen
The font needs a bit of tweaking to make it match the shape of the actual disney logo, but I included a vector layer in the PSD for use if you want to use it only. The cool think about the font is you can write any text though, or use my blend modes to make ice on other objects.
Add the ice effect to my other brushes for a nice effect as well -
